Have Questions?

No Shows

I did the big no-no of appointments and didn't call or show up. Is this mend-able?

It IS mend-able! Unfortunately, when stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they loose dollars on. Our policy salon wide is that if an appointment is no called, no-showed, or cancelled the day of the appointment, 50% of the would be total for the missed appointment will be due before the guest is able to reschedule.

Late Policy

I'm going to be 20 minutes late- is that okay?

In efforts to keep everyone's schedule moving somewhat according to plan, we do enforce a 15 minute tardy policy. If you will be over 15 minutes behind to your scheduled start time, we respectfully require you to reschedule.

Canceling/Rescheduling

I had something come up last minute, how do I cancel, and is that a no-no?

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice when needing to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This time frame allows your stylist to contact other guests that may be on a cancelation list, and allow them to get into the salon before their scheduled appointment- think of it this way, you may be making someone's day!

If you do cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, leaving your stylist unable to fill the appointment time, and therefore, not get paid for that time slot, you will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee. This fee must be paid before getting back on the stylist's schedule.

Redo Policy

What if I don’t like my hair after my appointment?

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 72 hours of your visit and I’ll be happy to correct the issue. During your redo appointment, I will specifically target the area of your concern in order to provide what was originally agree upon during the consultation. If what you want to address is something different than what was originally agreed upon during our consultation, it is considered a second service and not a redo since the original requested service was rendered.

Tipping

How much do I tip my stylist?

Hairstylists are a part of the service industry- taking great pride in offering a hospitable, professional service. It’s customary to tip anywhere from 15 to 25 percent of the total service amount, depending on your experience and satisfaction. You are, of course, not obligated to provide any tip, but all stylists are greatly appreciative of your gratuity as a reflection of your happiness with their work.
